The title of this blog has nothing to do with the fact that I own over a hundred pairs of argyle socks (though it is a most convenient coincidence); no, the title is stolen from a nickname a friend of mine gave to a speedy, computer-generated running back from Front Page Sports' "Pro Football '98" video game. Just so you know . . .
